The mission of the Kane County Sheriff Department is to provide quality customer service in the processing and execution of civil process. The Services of the Kane County Sheriff's Office Civil Process are widely varied. They include, but are not limited to:
Information regarding whom is to be served and where they may be located will be provided by the person requesting service. Any additional information provided is helpful. Examples of additional information: age, place of employment, best time to serve, vehicle description and physical description. SERVICE RATES TABLE Limitation on mileage: The Sheriff's Office will make three attempts; any additional attempts need to be pre-approved. Telephone attempts do not count as one of the three attempts. Total mileage cannot exceed 100 miles. If the Sheriff requires additional assistance to transport a patient to the Utah State Hospital, additional charges may be incurred.
