The Kane County Sheriff's Office 911 Communication Center is a multi-jurisdictional dispatch center responsible for the deployment of several Police, Fire, and Medical agencies located within Kane County Utah and Northern Coconino County Arizona. With newly enhanced Next Generation 9-1-1 capabilities, radio network, and a great team our interoperability within and outside of our county has advanced our communication center to help serve our community more efficiently.

If you would like to speak with a Officer or to report a suspicious vehicle or persons, loose dog, traffic hazard, or any other non-life threatening matter please call our non-emergency line 435-644-2349. 

Functions:
Dispatchers field multijurisdictional calls from the public and determine the nature and location of the incident in order to quickly and efficiently deploy police, fire, and medical units as necessary. Dispatch serves as a 24 hour a day continuous operations   Dispatchers must maintain contact with all of the units on assignment while consistently disseminating information and updating their status and location. Staff must monitor several complex radio frequencies while operating a variety of communications equipment. Simultaneously; information must be entered and retrieved from an assortment of electronic data files. These include; but are not limited to, missing persons, wanted persons, orders of protection, registered sex offenders, stolen weapons, and stolen vehicles.

The Kane County Sheriff's Office Dispatch is located at the Kane County Public Safety Complex, located at 971 E Kaneplex Dr, Kanab Utah 8474.
